> GPS-Buddy NAVITRACK

US distributors responded very enthusiastically to the new GPS-Buddy NAVITRACK solution. Our team there anticipates working around the clock to improve the distribution and reseller networks for both the CONNECT and NAVITRACK in the US and Canada.

GPS-Buddy will soon be introduced to members of the National Association of Fleet Administrators during the annual NAFA Expo in Salt Lake City, UT (May 3 - May 6) and to professionals in the medical equipment industry during the Medtrade Spring event in Long Beach, CA (May 7 - May 8).

The NAVITRACK Website is already using the new version of our Web services and is now up and running. Customers can login via http://track.gps-buddy.com/

Registration Procedure Pages for both NAVITRACK and CONNECT are currently being translated and already available in English, Dutch, German and Czech.

> New WEBSERVICES Progress

With the launch of NAVITRACK and the brand new website for customers using NAVITRACK, the first stage in the migration process has been completed. Our developers are now completing the New Webservices for the CONNECT product. In this second phase we shall migrate CONNECT Customers to the newly developed WebServices.

> GPS-BUDDY - New colleagues

We welcome Maaike, who joined our Dutch Customer Support Team! Maaike moved from the Netherlands to Cork in 2006, and has worked in the Starwood callcenter before joining us.

Katrin also joined our Support Team in Cork and will take care of all matters in German.

Sarah has assumed the function of RMA Coordinator since the 1st of March. She will personally assist in building an optimal support structure for all RMA units and will also be responsible for planning and reporting of all field interventions.

Our general office secretary at GPS-Buddy Ireland is Clare. She’ll be responsible for all administrative management in Cork and for coordinating translation and localization of commercial materials, product documentation, online website content, and back office support materials into the relevant languages.
